So my parents made me read this article in a news paper. It was about a family on a raw vegan diet, and the chicks kids had gotten holes in their teeth and were stick thin...and they all craved dairy.
So it looks like raw made them ill.
They ate loads of fruit, veg and seeds and took b12 and d supplements, yet they were sick....
I can't find an expination for my parents, I can't even find one to give to myself...
Wow, I'm so mad about this, great idea about writing in Chris, I am off to do that. Please join me! I really think people need to know about how amazing raw food is, we should be getting this out to as many people as possible.

To take this discussion into a positive outlet i would like to collect as many accounts as possible of people bringing up their children raw or raw vegan or attepting to do so. I would like to publish these accounts in a book/booklet unedited so readers can make of it what they will and it would help people make their own choices. Please contact me at holly@rawcuisine.co.uk if you would like to send me your story. These accounts need to include the history of eating habits and accounts of the children's health, growth, any debilitating symptoms and also the benefits that parents have noticed of course. things that worked of course especially useful. Photos would be wonderful too.
Accounts from people who diasgree with me or who have argued with me or even thoroughly disapprove of me are equally welcome and will be treated with the same respect!!!!!
Where things went wrong then were put right of course especially useful
interestingly, patrick holford doesn't recommend dairy products in his book optimum nutrition, and he is mainstream!
i tried some organic yoghurt last night...
wish i could find it raw!
thanks debbie! i might get some when i'm feeling rich.
they do sell frozen raw goat milk at many health food shops, i have tried it a few times, but didn't like it and i'm not sure if it made me ill with thyroididtis.
i have also bought raw goats yogurt but it was very watery and not very nice and again i thought there seemed to be a pattern of me buying raw goat dairy and inflammation.
you can also buy unpasteurised cheese everywhere. i still have some in my freezer. i guess i wanted a low fat raw dairy product.
i don't think i will try the cooked dairy products again. although i got a good nights sleep with amazing lucid dreams!
I am suprised more people on this site aren't interested. But also I didn't know how to imbed that video- i copied the embed code but it wouldn't work.
LOVE IT, Greengoddess! You tell those demons! I am actually enjoying getting to know them. They are not that bad if you just give em' a little attention and acknowledgment. They seem to be getting ready to leave.....at ANY moment now. I am startin...
I'm new to this lifestyle, and I'm enjoying the benefits of it thus far, both mental and physical...the spiritual will follow i'm sure. Anyway, I've been in a relationship for 4 years now and now that i'm ready for a massive change for the positiv...
The Wire is a good one.
Am I the only one who got into Rome? I really enjoyed that series.
Six Feet Under was great too. HBO puts out some really good television I think.
thanks lemoned

because fasting is absence of intake and eating fruit is....eating fruit
eating fruit (or anything else) would not allow the body to go into the fasting state
Yeah, cuz Bear ain't worried about trying to survive. He's surrounded by a full film crew and sleeps at the Ramada or the Hilton at night. It's easy to make jokes when you're not worried about dying.
Not saying his show ain't entertaining, but do...
I love it cause it is an intense workout over a short period of time. My son had a "jump rope for heart" week at school that got me into it. It uses different muscles than running and also improves coordination a lot, and I was surprised how well ...
Survivorman is crazier, did you see that episode in the desert when he started talking to birds? But I still like Grylls better overall. I feel like there is more of a point in watching the show, you feel like you're learning something, lots of tr...
