Some people use the grains for one batch, some for two. I decided to try a second batch and noticed that it tasted and looked the same as the first (and I felt great after taking it). I decided to try it a third time. Same results. I'm on my fourth or fifth batch now. Each time, I drain and use fresh water. Is there any reason to throw the grain out and start with fresh? Why would it go bad if you keep replacing the water? The grains are still slowly sprouting and look healthy . . . no sign of a problem. The fifth batch looks, tastes and acts the same inside me as the first . . . The grains have a solid immune system . . .
What do you think? Is this one or two batch thing just superstition?
Ive had Rejuvilac made from quiona, and it tasted ok, but havent tried any other brew. Ive yet to make it because Ive been experimenting with sauerkraut instead. But it is on my list of fermented things to do.
How do you make rejuvelac and what are the benefits of drinking it? I think someone told me that Ann Wigmore reversed her gray hair drinking rejuvelac. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks! (~_~)
I saw her when she was eighty-one. I was little, but I remember her hair looked natural and light brown I don't know if rejuvelac reversed her gray hair. I know she always drank rejuvelac whenever I saw her, and she used rejuvelac in all the food I saw that I saw her prepare, and she always put it all over her skin when I saw her. I have her rejuvelac recipe on my profile in my blog.

I want to raise my vibration at every level, for many reasons. Earthly illusions such as poverty, jealousy, anger, hate, greed, abuse, weigh me down like heavy luggage. It is these very illusions that keep me separate from others and from God. Get...
Thank you guys! For the sauce, I used tomatoes, a spoon of olive oil and a pinch of any yellow spice I could find in my cupboard and some cilantro. I prepare almond milk so I used the leftovers nuts and mixed them with previous ingredients and the...
