mmmm...
I just trial tasted ChefRichard's Lasagna.....mmmmmmm. The smell was amazing. It was Pure JOY!

I had Chef Richard's lasagna in January, and it was so wonderful that though I live 2 1/2 hours away, I am tempted to travel to Sacramento just to eat his food.

Just FYI, Pure Joy is no longer there and the Synergy Chef (Richard Hemsley) opened up a streetfront restaurant (the other was just a kiosk).
It seems to be doing well and has speakers lined up (Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes-Monarch were just there on 6/29!)
