my before and after
if you like before and afters, i posted my headshot before raw and after one month raw. i think i looked awful before (i was very sick, fatigue, mono, etc). I think i looks healthier now. and more importantly, i feel better too.

pretty much the raw diet is the biggest change. oh also b-12 shots. i also had mono and severe back pain and they are improved a lot.

How fantastic!! It's funny that in the before pic you have a big smile, but in the after pic you are smiling with your eyes. It is so peaceful and calm you look as you feel safe. Thanks

since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
