I`ve recently bought the Natalia Rose books (Raw Food detox, raw food life force and detox for women) and am half way through the first one. Excellent books!

Ani Phyo's recipe book is brilliant. Yes her recipes are full fat, full of nuts and lovely stuff, totally delicious, I love it. Her recipe for Donut holes is worth buying the whole book for even if you never make another recipe out of it!
I like the interesting, tasty and satisfying recipes rather than wrthy, bland ones, because sometimes, especially in the winter or when transitioning you just need something that tastes good and is going to keep you raw!
And for motivation, I have read dozens of raw food books, and I am not a Christian, but nothing has moved me more than the Essene Gospel of Peace. 2,000 years old words by the original raw guru - Jesus!

C. B. Alien Worshipper I have an impersonator following me around pretending to be me. hope he won't give me a bad rap.
I love apples too! I made a "killer-Raw-Apple-Pie" last week, with different kind of apples in it. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. The panda-bear in the pic is soooo cute! Did you take the picture yourself?
