to be.......or not to be....... NAKED
Eating raw fresh fruits and veggies, is so pure, is so tasteful, and so magical. Could you imagine a life without being able to eat your food raw? This is how I feel about nudity. It is the closest thing I can use to describe how it feels to be so raw, so free. It is pure delight. How do you feel about nudity?

Yestaday went to the woods, friend's place, got a pond, went skinny-dipping, normally wouldn't a done it but for this discussion. I sure do look better, being raw. I'm white and I'm proud.

i am naked most of the time at home. i do naked moon bathing in my terrace or my backyard. it is nice over here. :) at least i feel safe at my home. i barely wear clothes at home. so thats that!

some old threads never die. this means we love to be nude more than wearing clothes.
one of the practices of Tantra is to be naked more on a daily basis, as a way of connection to yourself, feeling more comfortable with your body and being more connected with the earth and nature. stretching that in a way you feel safe is great. so start by getting naked at home and do your chores!!! :P ah..ok, seriously! and then we can all go to a naked beach where we honor each other for just being. i would love to go to such beaches. yeah, someday i will find one!

Yeah, this thread deserves to live. I'd much rather talk about being nude than argue over who is going to pay the medico-pharmaceutical cartel billions of dollars for so-called corporate health care or vaccine conspiracies. Being free of society's stress and constraints is a health issue I can do something about at a deep meaningful level every day. and that's the naked truth!
I'm going to Harbin Hot Springs next Thursday weather permitting. I'm really looking forward to relaxing after an intense period of work getting my clients prepared for the wet winter season. It's about a 10 minute walk from the car to the pool area and after that I'll be happily naked and up to my neck in hot water.

things that have actually worked for me:
Valerian root for tea - very calming...
Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
oh yeah there were like 3 judges who really eager to find mistakes in my asanas and other yoga practices that they asked me to perform :)
