to be.......or not to be....... NAKED
Eating raw fresh fruits and veggies, is so pure, is so tasteful, and so magical. Could you imagine a life without being able to eat your food raw? This is how I feel about nudity. It is the closest thing I can use to describe how it feels to be so raw, so free. It is pure delight. How do you feel about nudity?

I was just thinking about nudity this morning. Joking (kind of!) that since it's an important part of a healthy lifestyle, I was going to have more of it on my show! The nude human body is an amazing and beautiful thing, and I never mind seeing more of it!

I agree! It's so amazing, and beautiful, and when somebody is really into a healthy lifestlye, the body glows so amazing! Shone (my boyfriend) is an artist, a painter, and he loves to take pictures of nudity for the beauty of art, uniqueness, and the amazing way a naked form captures through the lense! Love your style!!!

My only problem with nudity is that it leaves me feeling so... I don't know... naked.

I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.
I just ordered a Cellercise, an advanced rebounder, the presenter likened it somewhat to skipping rope.
I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

I love apples too! I made a "killer-Raw-Apple-Pie" last week, with different kind of apples in it. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. The panda-bear in the pic is soooo cute! Did you take the picture yourself?
