I am looking for some new moves to incorporate into my training. I love weight training and am open to any new/interesting stuff...I started bikram yoga a few weeks ago and Iove it. But I just wanted to know what everyone else likes to do to stay fit and why.

Is anyone out there a martial artist? I was, briefly Kempo, long before going raw. I gave it up but always enjoyed the awareness of my body I felt...almost spiritual but in a different way from yoga.
