Spirit filled & raw fuelled in Johannesburg, SA
I love this!
Gotta take this opportunity to holler to everyone out there.
Voila, this is me:
Am a 23 yr old spirit-filled child of God. I think that His word provides solutions for each single aspect of our lives - raw foodism is one of them.
Am currently staying in Germany but will be back in Johannesburg, South Africa in about four months. Great country for living on living foods with all the mangoes and pawpaws and guavas around.
What else? I love running, will do my first half marathon in a couple of months. Living on raw foods has really accelerated my performance.
I am also a performance poetess and love to participate in multi-media projects eg with dancers or photographers.
I am also a PR geek - so if anyone wanna connect business-wise, has visions, ideas or plans, I love to create opportunities and see things come to pass. We just gotta stop limiting ourselves to our circumstances, up-bringings or to the lies that the world tells us about ourselves.
Before I start preaching now... :)
It's a blessing to be part of this movement. Hope to change the offline world via online networking!

Better late than never... - Still wanted to thank you for your warm welcome.
Birdie, it's ALL about love. :) Am just striving for loving the way it is described in the scriptures esp. in 1 Cor 13. Just unpacking love from Hollywood's glittering, pink, branded box and putting it back into the real world.
Sharon, am currently in Germany, back in SA in August, yeah. I just ran away from the first signs of winter...
My beloved paw-paws, hmmmm. There are days where I literally live on paw-paws & guavas alone.

I use to fast before I was a raw vegan so I did not feel I needed to detox first. But everyone is different. I think if someone is doing drugs and other things they might want to wait to do a long fast.
I love jumping rope and how it makes me feel. I love the way it makes my heart beat really fast, and the over-all energizing effects it creates in me.
I think variety in exercise is super beneficial... soft and hard, stillness and movement, slow ...

I have also tried Nvey Eco's eyeliner in black! I love it! I got it off Macys.com it's very hard to find it in stores a lot of Macy's stores don't sell it.
