Feeling very bloated- any suggestions appreciated!

Hey everyone,
I've been juicing for about two months now and I feel as if I've got perma-bloat. It's like being constantly nine months pregnant without the fun of getting there!
Anyhow, first I thought it was carrot juice, so I cut out the carrots, but it seems like it's just veggie juice in general. I've tried every different combo but nothing seems to work. I've also been getting some serious reflux/heartburn.
Any help would be super appreciated!

read Matt Monarch's book Raw Success ... he would strongly recommend colonics - have you been having these??

I haven't done colonics, but I do two coffee enemas per day as part of my protocol.

There is a wonderful lady name Dr. Sandy Harrington in Fort Lauderdale that has been doing colonics for quite some time. She is the only one I would go to at this time. She is a former nurse and is an naturalpathic acupuncturist .
Her energy is wonderful and calming. Good luck.

i have read it is good to have enzymes to prevent bloating after ... i think!! will have a look when i get home to confirm this :)

this works for me-as soon as wake up I drink room temp glass of water with a full squeezed lime. this starts the system for the day and seems to balance my body for the day-worth a try!

Aloe Vera heals a multitude of digestive ailments. I would give it a whirl in your smoothies. I would suggest asking your produce dept to order aloe leaves so you can get the raw stuff and just filet it on your own.

Also, coffee is very much a diuretic, astringent and draining on the liver, even though you are juicing, it could be leading to dehydration and some sort of a blockage. Ask a professional however!

i don't buy this.... if something were so necessary for our survival you'd think we would be better equipped to access and deal with it drinking sea water causes dehydration....eating salt causes dehydration....celery with all it's natural sodiu...

I have also tried Nvey Eco's eyeliner in black! I love it! I got it off Macys.com it's very hard to find it in stores a lot of Macy's stores don't sell it.
