Just curious.... for me it would have to be Elvis, just because he was an amazing person on a worse than typical SAD diet and I wonder what he'd be like and how his music would be if he got some raw energy...?
Or...
George Clooney..... just cos then we'd live together (I may be dreaming slighty here) and experience some raw living and some raw loving ;-) ;-) Hehehe!
Ooooh yeah good idea Debbie! He does already do some lovely raw food - did you see the episode of 'Jamie at home' on salads - his garden is amaaaaaaaaaazing! I want one like it (and a gardener to look after it for me lol!)
x
Lol yeah he does... and I bet he'd 'uncook' some delicious food! If you are interested the salad programme is still available to watch for free on 4od (you have to download it from http://www.channel4.com/4od/index.html) I'ts series 2 episode 9, but by the looks of it it'll only be on there a few more days... highly recommended :-)
I have been thinking lately about Iz. He was the singer who sang Over The Rain Bow with a ukulele.
His sound was haunting and divine. If you have not heard it, it is worth a moment to hear.
Quoted: "Israel 'Iz' Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole (May 20, 1959 – June 26, 1997) was an Hawaiian musician. He became famous outside Hawaii when his album Facing Future was released in 1993 with his medley of "Over the Rainbow" and "What a Wonderful World", which was subsequently featured in several films, television programs, and commercials."
Here is the link to hear him. Try: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_YfyKahP-0
We played Over the Rainbow during my wedding ceremony, which was by the ocean - it was so fitting and beautiful :) Love that song, and it would be so wonderful if he was still with us today...
Right now Trey Anastasio (from Phish) and Jon Gutwillig (from The Disco Biscuits).
Phish was my favorite band for a period of my life and Trey was my favorite guitar player at the time. Over the years drugs took there toll. Right now I'm afraid that Jon is on the same path.
I would love for both of them to get healthy, inspired and catch the raw food high.
personally- although it's a bit late for this earth life- I would choose Heath Ledger. He had such a sensitive soul, deep insights and stunning intelligence-more so than many people know- just a bit short of nou nou on what would serve his nervous system well.
The entire Bush and Cheney camp. They need to get real. Then I'd fly to Iraq to convert the entire nation to drink wheatgrass to help mitigate the effected of depleted uranium. People don't know this but wheatgrass, green tea, etc have a component in them that absorbs radiation.
Beautiful czech fairy-tale. Who see it once, wants to see it again and again because that's what we need in today's world :)Krásná ceska pohadka, krasne zpra...
I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
