I've been asking around about springs and seeps. There's at least one on Mackinac Island, and one 40 min. West of me. It's cold from an aquifer and trickles down along rocks. The flies just sit there on the moss and don't fly away when you kneel down to fill your bottle, people come from all over to bottle it up. I fill my glass bottles with the trickled water, David Wolfe ways they water picks up oxygen when it gets to flow and trickle*. This is cutting edge, nice Dhrumil.
Wow. I had no idea this guy existed. Just when I am starting to feel my diet and lifestyle really flowing, intuition working and all, my mind is blown again. Thanks for a great interview- great questions. I just watched a bunch of his videos on youtube too- he's a really informed guy- awesome!
this interview was incredible! i got completely inspired to up the ante on herbal intake + personalized elixirs for whatever the situation calls for. . . so my Mermaid Blends just got superpowered!!

I have been searching on the web for good information on water for a while. Suki tipped us readers to the 7/8? clips at YOU-tube and now this deep interview here - thanks Dhrumil¨- ¨brings pieces together.. I allready tell all my interested friends to gather water from deeper springs and wells, in wood, copper or glass containers... Daniel Vitalis is timeless like a druid in a forever young shape.. magic all the way.. inspires me to never drink tapped liquid again, hard as it is.
I had a kale salad (an entire bunch's worth), a green smoothie that filled the entire Vitamix, and a slice of raw raspberry cake that I got from Rockin Raw, a restaurant here in NYC. I wanted to make a green juice but I didn't have the time.
food combining well is super important Callie...
maybe leave having any raw fats til your evening meal and only have one raw fat at a time,and dont combine it with any fruit...
fruits and greens together go beautifully...
however banana and avo...

Here's what I had:
Green Juice (cucmber, kale, celery, lemon, green apple)
2 apples
banana
lots of carrots
humongeous salad with raw dressing
2 soy/gluten free veggie buegers--cooked :...
yeah I've gotten those email to my email I don't know how..they seemed unstoppable..or maybe it was because UI was too lazy to unsubscribe. I only signed up because I wanted to see something that someone linked to!!
i add in heaps of greens Erin...and protein powder when i feel i 'need' it...i was having it daily now im not drawn to it at all...just going with the flow....great how we can share our different experiences hey?
